ABOUT RATNET MULTIMEDIA

RATNET is a non-profit, volunteer-based collective, seeking to elevate and promote
Australian Music, Arts and Culture, via internet technologies.

We have assisted over 300 independent artists by providing them with performance and recording opportunities,
and are regional Australia's Live Internet Broadcasting pioneers, producing 102 Live Broadcasts
of music, spoken word and performing arts from venues across Ballarat and Victoria since July '98.
Broadcasts are produced with the assistance of University of Ballarat - Arts Academy
Diploma of Entertainment (Lighting and Sound) Course, with students assisting in all aspects of Live Broadcast
technical production. In 2001/2002 students assisted broadcasting over 160 acts.

Our Live Broadcasting enterprise seeks to increase participation in online communication and
original music, arts and culture from Australia to the World.
